BTI Implants

Interna

The Interna® connection implants by BTI have the following main features:
  • Connection with an exclusive four-lobe anti-rotation design.

  • Entrance cone to facilitate the insertion of prosthodontic components.

  • Designed to withstand high torques without the implant suffering deformations during insertion and de-insertion (in the event of being necessary).

  • The most advanced design technologies have been used to calculate the stress distribution and to guarantee bone stability around the implants.

  • The dimensions of the connection have been studied to maximise material in critical areas and to thus increase resistance to breakage and fatigue.

  • The dimensions of the connection are always the same for all implants, regardless of the platform.

Interna Universal

All BTI's universal platform implants use the specific Interna® BTI Dental Implant System prosthetic components.

The universal platform implants are indicated for situations with narrow crest bones, in anterosuperior areas or in middle areas of the mouth, to restore canine and premolar teeth.

Interna Universal Plus

All BTI's universal platform implants use the specific Interna® BTI Dental Implant System prosthetic components. The Universal Plus platform implants will be chosen in the event of a placement in an alveolus immediately post-extraction, ideal for a bridge abutment in canine and premolar teeth areas and also as single implants in upper central teeth and molars, but in particular when the biomechanical requirement is significant and we must be more demanding when preserving soft tissue.

The Interna® Plus implant offers excellent gingival features as it allows an improvement of the biological space and the papillae thickness, while at the same time it reduces the diameter of the emergence profile, reducing the accumulation of bacterial plaque and thus minimising gingival recessions.

Interna Wide

All BTI's universal platform implants use the specific Interna® BTI Dental Implant System prosthetic components, indicated for a wide platform, though all the components of the Interna® universal platform can also be used.

Ideal for obtaining good initial stability and good stress distribution for upper and lower molars. Particularly useful in cases of implant placements post-extraction.

Externa

The Externa® implant by BTI is characterisd by:

Having a hexagon with different side and height dimensions depending on the implant platform. This design is a result of the indications of the implants, therefore, the wide platform implants will have a larger hexagon than the universal platform implants, as they are indicated for solving prostheses in areas of the mouth with greater biomechanical requirements.

Simplicity and aesthetics:

The Externa® system by BTI has all the prosthodontic components necessary to achieve an excellent aesthetic result, with abutments for screw-retained and cemented prostheses, and for immediate load.

Tiny Implant

Tiny® implants will be the choice for lower incisors, upper lateral incisors and agenesic teeth. In addition, those with a larger diameter are indicated for premolars, when the prosthetic space is complicated.

All BTI's Tiny® implants use the specific BTI Dental Implant System prosthetic components.

Externa Universal

All BTI's universal platform implants use the specific Externa® BTI Dental Implant System prosthetic components.
An increase in the implant diameter always provides better stress distribution on the bone, it increases the osseointegration surface and provides mechanical improvements increasing resistance to fatigue.

Externa Plus

All BTI's Universal Plus platform implants use the specific Externa® BTI Dental Implant SIdeal when a Universal Platform implant is explanted with trephine drill bits. It addition it improves stress distribution in the neck and resistance to fatigue.

Externa Wide

All BTI's universal plus platform implants use the specific Externa® BTI Dental Implant System prosthetic components.
Ideal for obtaining good initial stability and good stress distribution for upper and lower molars. Particularly useful in cases of implant placements post-extraction.

Surgical Catalogue

In addition to the entire drill kit, a surgical multitorque wrench has been developed to control the insertion torque, as well as platform positioners that facilitate control over the drilling direction. Completed with a series of torque wrenches and screwdrivers to work with at the precise moment.

BTI's drills are particularly relevant, as they have been adequately designed to retrieve bone to be able to carry out autologous grafts.

Biological Drilling at low speed without irrigation is a technique developed by BTI that facilitates the collection of bone at the moment the alveolus is prepared to insert an implant. This technique allows you to maintain the direction and control of the work depth. The low-speed drilling does not increase the temperature of the surrounding bone, therefore we avoid ischaemia and the cleaning of the alveolus achieving an adequate biological bed for the dental fixation.
